The management team for Peace of Mind Mobile will initially be comprised of three executives who bring the respective talents and skills described below.

Jill Sanford, Social Media Director / Sales Director: This executive is a recent college graduate (B.A. in Organizational Leadership) who has broad-based experience with social media networks and how they can be leveraged into a competitive advantage by smaller companies. She is especially skilled at data entry and is a talented graphic artist who can add design elements and visual appeal to the company's social media platforms.
The management team described above heads a vertical organizational structure that also includes three part-time administrative staff members and one full-time secretary. This configuration is depicted graphically in the company's organizational chart (Figure 1).
The McKinsey 7-S Model provides a useful framework for evaluating the key organizational elements of Peace of Mind Mobile. Each of the seven components is addressed below.
Strategy. The company will use a differentiated business strategy to set its cell phone offerings apart from competitors by highlighting the various safety features that help parents ensure their children are using cell phones appropriately and allow parents to track their children's physical location.
Structure. The company's structure will be vertical, with the executive configuration described above heading the operation, supported by three part-time administrative staff members and one full-time secretary.
