This essay examines the Emerging Church movement within Christianity in today's world. Specifically this work argues that this perspective is not acceptable to the traditional interpretations of doctrine and theology. This essay also argues that these new approaches to Christian life are splintering and essentially weakening the movement and religion.

Scores of researchers have studied the link between happiness, income and educational level. The results from these studies indicate that rising income does not necessarily result in substantial rise in happiness. The relationship between happiness and income breaks down at higher income levels. Happiness refers to the mental and emotional condition or a good feeling that happens only at given times. This paper explores the link between education level, income level, culture and happiness. A sample of 50 people will be involved in the research and data will be corrected via highly structured questionnaires. The study will employ a quantitative approach with statistical analysis.

A survey will be conducted of 40 businesses that have successfully dealt with insider threats. These 40 businesses will be compared with another online survey that arbitrarily and randomly samples other businesses.

This essay compares and contrasts the process of identity formation seen in three different novels featuring female characters making their way in New York. Although the novels Push, Soledad, and The Interpreter all feature extremely different plots and characters, they nevertheless produce a congruent image of identity formation as it relates to ethnic and familial influence. By examining the main characters from each novel, one is able to see how successful identity formation depends on integrating the past into the present, rather than ignoring that past.

The objective of this study is to examine the early development of sex offenders and the adolescent activity that fosters the abnormal behavior. This study will relate to lifespan development where the focus must explain the abnormal development over a period between ages 15 and 30. It is generally assumed the sex offender will reoffend however, this is not the case. Longitudinal studies over a period of up to 20 years have demonstrated that adolescent sex offenders more often than not go on to lead respectable and productive lives after having addressed their issues in the form of treatment for the undesirable behavior. It is not recommended that the adolescent sex offender be treated the same as an adult sex offender because there are a great many differences not only in the behavior of the adolescent and the adult sex offender, but as well in their likelihood to reoffend.
