Fibromyalgia: mechanisms, symptoms, and clinical management
The objective of this study is to examine the condition of Fibromyalgia. Toward this end, this study will conduct a review of current literature in this area of inquiry. Conclusions of this study include that the causes of Fibromyalgia are unknown although the syndrome has been linked to such as fatigue, sleeping problems, headaches, depression and anxiety. Possible triggers of Fibromyalgia include trauma either physically or emotionally, abnormal brain responses to pain, sleep disturbances and viral infection. The syndrome occurs in women ages 20 to 50 years of age more than in any other sector of the population. There are various treatments used for Fibromyalgia including medications and cognitive behavioral therapy. Recent research has found that yoga and acupuncture as well as aroma-music and touch therapy are effective in treating the symptoms of Fibromyalgia.

The work Wilson and Kelling published regarding their "Broken Windows" theory was largely premised on the research of Stanford University psychologist Philip Zimbardo. Working to test the theory of deindividuation, which described a proposed "process in which a series of antecedent social conditions lead to a change in perception of self and others, and thereby to a lowered threshold of normally restrained behavior" (1969), Zimbardo designed a number of ingenious experiments in the late 1960's that ultimately provided the foundations for Wilson and Kelling's eventual interpretation of the "Broken Window" phenomenon. By placing an identical pair of 1959 Oldsmobile autos on two distinctly different streets, one adjacent to the Bronx campus of New York University in an area where crime rates and gang activity were high, and the other on a street in Palo Alto, California near the affluent area surrounding the Stanford University campus, Zimbardo tested the effects of environmental cues on the willingness of individuals to commit an increasingly serious series of criminal act. Although in both cases the cars had left with no license plates and their hoods up, to provide what Zimbardo terms "releaser cues" that signal societal apathy, the behavior observed in Palo Alto, where manicured lawns adorned suburban strip malls and upper-class neighborhoods, was decidedly different than the scene in the Bronx.

This paper is about complex problem solving. The complex issues in business systems are considered as the issues with formulation with the act of solving is complex. The existence of a large number of variables in the complex problem solving issues does not cause its complex nature. If there are quantified values for specific issues, then it cannot be featured as a complex issue. It is important to extract more mathematical estimations of issues but there is no dilemma in defining solution for issues (Sager, et al., 2012; Chan, et al., 2012).

This is a case conceptualization of a 26 year-old man who experienced sexual abuse as a child and the haunting memories of the abuse have led to difficulties in his personal, social, and educational functioning as an adult. The specific issues that the individual is experiencing as a result of the abuse are identified, a cognitive behavioral treatment approach designed for this individual using exposure and thought restructuring is described to deal with these issues, and expectations for the outcome of this case are offered.
Hamdi v. Rumsfeld and Padilla v. Rumsfeld: Judicial Review
The cases of Padilla v. Rumsfeld and Hamdi v. Rumsfeld helped to define the rights of American Citizens accused of attacking the United States in a post-9/11 world. The various courts involved in these cases recognized the universal right of all Americans, even those designated as enemy combatants, to receive habeas relief in Article III courts. By granting this right, the courts effectively restricted the executive branches ability to hold citizen-detainees indefinitely and in incommunicado.
