The paper is a critical review of the peer's paper on Health care providers and faith diversity. The aim of peer's paper is to show own base perspective of what care and healing on a Christian, perspective in comparison to Buddhism, Sikh and Native America perspective. The paper states that there is diversity in people and the health care system is not left behind.it states that there is an influx of cultural diversity of patients and therefore there is need for the acceptance of the diversity of faith so that there can be adequate holistic care given to patients. The paper gives sufficient evidence for this claim in that it looks at the perspective of healing from a Christian, Buddhism, Sikh and Native America perspective. Under all these the paper gives sufficient evidence of what healing is all about.

Under Christianity, it shows that everything comes from God and happens for a reason thus sickness is not an exception.it further claims that Christians form a connection with GOD which is through prayer and cleansing of mind, body and spirit which will foster healing (Cunningham, 2006).When it comes to the Sikh, modesty and cleansing are a critical aspect of healing and it is similar to Christianity as they pray to God for conciliation and tranquility in times of sickness. When it comes to Buddhism, they emphasize on spiritual practices which make it possible for individuals to use this opportunity for their own personal transcendence and transformation (Bhikshu, 2010). Finally according to the Native American perspective, healing can only occur when there is clarity in three elements of life mind, body and spirit. From all these we can see that the paper has tried to explain the basis of healing under all these faiths.

The flow of the paper and sentence structure totally makes sense. The ideas are put across in an organized way. The fact that the writer uses subheading and goes ahead to talk about what it entails brings out a lot of clarity on the entire paper. The writer's ideas are flowing well and hence there is absolutely no form of confusion that can arise when one is reading the paper. Therefore, the paper should not be organized any different way.
