Wireless technology is nowadays used to solve business problems. In fact, business people use it for competitive advantage purposes over their competitors. HP solutions offer wireless technology that is capable of making remote or mobile workers use information and business applications from any destination. This technology has enabled mobile professionals to be productive and better satisfy their customers (Hewlett-Packard, 2006). This often results into generation of more sales.
Use of wireless Local Area Network, LAN, brings more flexibility with regard to configuring an office. This improves productivity. It also makes office workers collaborate. This gives HP some competitive edge over her competitors because of the value that is created for the customers (Hewlett-Packard, 2006). All these undertakings can be achieved in a cost effective and secure manner. Standard-based technologies that have been developed help in authentication and securing of devices. This ensures that only authorized users can access these networks (Hewlett-Packard, 2006).
This wireless technology paper seeks to address wireless technologies that HP offers. The paper will outline HP's background including its primary products and services, location and history. Some effort will be devoted to how the technologies are used, advantages of using each of the technologies, ease of signal transmission, degree of security protection, and current availability of the technology (Hewlett-Packard, 2006). The paper will finally rate each of the technologies on a scale of 1-5 using Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. Summary of main points of the entire paper will also be done.

Wireless Technology Is Difficult to Connect To Other Parts of Information Systems There are many challenging aspects to even the most fundamental system and process integration tasks within organizations that have standardized on a common platform. When platforms vary significantly by protocol and by technologies, as TCP/IP-based networks often do across any organization, integration becomes even more difficult. When the strategies and processes that organizations rely on to attain objectives are included

This is necessary to provide a seamless platform on which health solutions can be effectively integrated and deployed. Without using such a platform, the development of electronic health care facilities will be more difficult to deploy. In other words, Tele-health is part of the overall healthcare ICT (Information Communications Technology) solutions that enables healthcare to be pushed out to the edge, for local delivery, and to be more evenly,
Wireless Networking Phenomenon Today's world is faced with a myriad of challenging and complex issues that require advanced technological solutions. As technology becomes increasingly user-friendly and focused on the consumer, it is evident that users have become more dependent on wireless technological devices as mechanisms that promote convenience, survival, and economic prosperity. Devices such as cellular phones, laptop computers, and personal digital assistants have become absolute essential components for many consumers
Technology & Logistics The author of this report has been asked to answer a fairly general but intriguing question. That question asks the author of this report to define how technology can improve the management of global logistics. Of course, technology can be used to improve logistics in any number of ways. However, the author of this report will center on a few in particular. Indeed, the use of barcodes, networking
