Based upon my assessment, further action is required of other healthcare employees both to improve the condition of the patients as well as to improve the efficacy of the organization I work for.
Additionally, there is a component of planning that is intrinsically linked to the professional work of a nurse practitioner which plays a substantial role in the organizing process for a healthcare facility. By working in conjunction with other professionals within my organization, we are able to formulate and implement methods of treatment that should produce the best result for a patient. In determining such treatments, it is necessary to plan the different steps that are required to implement a particular treatment. Therefore, planning requires being cognizant of supplies and additional resources that are necessary to present patients with the best care possible.
