The article is a great resource for background information and history on the country. It also provides lists of Venezuelan communications styles, behaviors across genders, appearance, and a vigorous cultural analysis in the style of Geert Hofstede. The link between local & national culture to conducting business throughout the nation is readily apparent. This article is very clear and helps the reader build critical thinking skills and is a great example of how to synthesize information about culture with business.
