Business Opportunity The Travel Agency

The Travel Agency is an organization focused on providing the elderly with the opportunity to travel the world in the safest conditions possible. Although the company is available to the general public, it directs its attention toward bringing together a series of services that make it possible for older individuals to enjoy their holidays without worrying about anything (Applegate & Johnsen 87).

When considering the customer's buying behavior in the context of The Travel Agency, it appears that people are often inclined to buy via more traditional means of communication. The fact that they typically have the finances to afford going on holidays plays an important role in making them a particularly important market. These people often have the resources to go on holidays but are reluctant to do so because they are unaware that there are travel companies specifically designed to fit their needs (Leidlaw 60). This is where our company steps in and provides them with a wide range of choices for them to be able to travel safely and without coming across issues while doing so.

By realizing the fact that The Travel Agency provides affordable holidays throughout the year, many of these individuals are probable to express interest in wanting to travel with the company.
In order to achieve best results possible, The Travel Agency collaborates with a series of suppliers that make sure that the company's customers are treated properly. The company works with coach companies, airlines, hotel owners, and guides, this making it possible for it to be prepared to provide the best services available and to thus have customers benefit from the full range of ideas it provides (Applegate & Johnsen 58). All of these suppliers have a complex understanding of the company's market and of the attitudes they need to employ in order to achieve the company's goals in general.
