Although the company is available to the general public, it directs its attention toward bringing together a series of services that make it possible for older individuals to enjoy their holidays without worrying about anything (Applegate & Johnsen 87).
When considering the customer's buying behavior in the context of The Travel Agency, it appears that people are often inclined to buy via more traditional means of communication. The fact that they typically have the finances to afford going on holidays plays an important role in making them a particularly important market.
