For a high quality customer base, small space can still bring in big profits, yet for low quality customer regions, larger space that can accommodate as many customers as possible would be essential.
The historical data will also help the business know the kind of suppliers who have been consistent and whose products move the fastest. It will also show those suppliers whose products give the bets profit margins and in effect enable the management to make informed decisions on which suppliers to retain in the new outlets that are to be established.

From the data obtained in the existing branches, the management can decipher the average number of employees that are needed to effectively run a store and perform efficiently to the satisfaction of the customers.
