I will look for deviations in terms of outcomes, and develop plans to address those deviations. I will also monitor the fit between my strategy and the external environment. Changes in the environment can lead to new opportunities or new threats. Understanding the position I am in with respect to these threats and opportunities will help me to make better adjustments to my strategy.
