Salutations! My name is Scott Kollman and I am interested in assisting you with your older patients who may be in need of exercise advice or a conditioning program. If your patients have been looking to you for training advice; suggestions on how to gain strength, condition (or re-condition) bodies, tone muscles or lose unwanted pounds, I have the answer; a complete and comprehensive workout focused on the needs of the older patient.

My area of expertise is in assisting the older individual who wishes to improve their appearance, remain independent, stay free of hospital visits, and enjoy life to the fullest. These individuals may wish to regain a sense of balance, avoid falls, spills and injuries, and achieve strengthened and toned muscles while getting and feeling so much stronger.

My training philosophy is to put into place a qualitative program that changes the patient's outlook on exercising, eating correctly and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I approach each patient with an open-mind and listen to their goals and objectives. Once the patient's goals and objectives have been ascertained, I develop a personalized and individualized program for that individual.
Your patient(s) will benefit by obtaining a whole new healthier lifestyle, an improved outlook on life, their bodies will gain strength and they will shed those ugly, unwanted pounds they have accumulated throughout the years. To some, a conditioning program such as mine could be lifesaving.
