The American business model and the American capitalist ideal has infiltrated every aspect of Indonesian society, transforming the way people live and work. Not all of the changes taking place are negative. Before American culture influenced that of Indonesia, local elite controlled a vast amount of wealth and power and created what can correctly be called a caste system like the one in India or more accurately, feudalism. Without any possibility for a middle class to emerge, many individuals remained impoverished and beholden to the landowning class. The influence of American culture has allowed a middle class to emerge. Large corporations hire local managers and community liaisons.
The Dynamics of Capitalism

The loss of letter writing as a feature of regular human interaction is a subtle incremental change. When sufficient changes accumulate, increasing cultural distortion leads the society toward dysfunctionality or a new state of equilibrium via cultural revitalization. One example of a revitalization movement (still underway) is feminism. Feminism arose in the West because females were given a taste of economic freedom during WWII when they successfully filled the heavy
In fact, with the help of technology, documentation and basic services would be attended to with superior efficiency and objectiveness. Another appeal that technology has was its ability to undergo synthesis, simply by integrating together different functions to form a technology that is multi-functional. This characteristic is presently demonstrated through Internet technology, where the audio-visual appeal of TV and radio are combined with the depth of information contained in newspapers,
Disruptive Technologies for the Military Disruptive technologies are innovations that aid in creating new markets, eventually going on to disturb or even dismantle the current value networks and market, and to displace an older technology.
