Scholarship That I May Receive

¶ … scholarship that I may receive will definitely benefit both the company and the client, as well as myself, in what I see as a triangular relationship between these entities. I think that I should, first of all, start with the impact this scholarship will have on my professional activity, performance and development, because this, in turn, will impact the other two sides of the triangle I have previously mentioned.

Receiving this money and this scholarship will allow me to add new knowledge to my portfolio, at the same time permitting me both to assume more duties, perform more reliably and generate a more productive result. The courses I plan to take will help me learn more about some of the business and economic segments, as well as other areas that can bring added value to my activity with the company. The correlation between these is rather simple and, of course, positive. The knowledge I am adding I will obviously bring to the job and to my day-to-day activity. I will be able to be a better participant in the decision making process by adding relevant input from the knowledge gained in my studies.

The impact on the company can be understood from the paragraph above. However, it goes a lot deeper than that. I do feel that my added knowledge can bring extra added value with my co-workers as well, because I will be able to generate more relevant topics of discussion with the rest of the employees and, thus, increase the overall level of knowledge in the company. By my added knowledge, I will also be involved in proposing ways in which the company's activity can be diversified, as well as, potentially, come up with new ideas about how we can perform better.

I will be more than generous in sharing the extra knowledge I will have received with some of my colleagues and co-workers. Indeed, I don't feel like this is a course just for me, I feel as if this is a course for everybody involved in the company. It is a way by which the company can pay one scholarship, but all the workers I will come in contact with can benefit from it. Sharing my added information will further benefit the company.

This brings us to the last element of the triangle, the positive impact this can and will have on the client. Overall, a better performance of the company will make the client more satisfied, more willing to provide us with new projects, as well as more willing to recommend us to other potential future clients. Previously, I have talked about how my scholarship can increase the overall level of the company - this will automatically make for a more satisfied customer and more chances of increasing our volume of activity. In the end, these things generate higher revenues and profits.
