Focusing on students whose parents are disabled and cannot provide much to help with their studies, the federal government has designed many plans to assist them in their needs. The impact of these scholarships on disabled parents can be very positive. It helps to decrease the sufferings of the parents who find it difficult to cope with the blame they put on themselves when they cannot do much for their children.
