Without any doubt Hamburger University has greatly contributed to McDonald's execution strategy.one of the components of strategic success is vision. Vision is an outline of what an organization wants to be or how it wants the world it operates in to be like. This is a long-term-view and it mainly focusses on the future. The creation of Hamburger University has contributed to the realization of the vision that Mc Donald's has. This is because Mc Donald's vision is to be known and operate all over the world. With the university in place it means that many people ill go through and learn what McDonald is all about. These are the people who will go out there and be absorbed into the organization's branches which will be opened in various countries in the world. Therefore, Hamburger University has contributed to the organization's execution strategy since it has made it possible for the organization to realize its vision.
Another component of strategic success is creation of values for an organization. Within any organization there are beliefs which are shared and common among all the stakeholders who are involved in the organization. The values are what drive the culture of an organization as well as priorities which build a framework which is used to make decisions. Some of the values in Mc Donald's are service, quality, and cleanliness among others. These are the same values which are instilled to students who go through Hamburger University. This means that through the university the students get to learn these values and they are instilled in them. Therefore the values are fostered in them and hence when they join the market they will use these same values that were instilled in them in whatever they do.
