Test Results

The assessment provided by Johnson, (2015, p.402) gives a score for both individualism and collectivism with the definitions based on the work of Hofstede, (2003). However, it does highlight a comparative weakness in terms of individualistic behavior, as there are occasions where individualism may be required in the business world.
