This post brings up the important part of teaching by example. There is no better way to communicate the awesomeness of Christianity than by good Christian living. The example of Christ should be visible in every Christian's action -- or else he is not worthy of being called a Christian. This thought should lead us to realize that we are hypocrites if we attempt to convert others and yet do not strive to convert ourselves. Therefore our first goal should be to truly convert our own natures to Christ's. This conversion in ourselves will speak more loudly and audibly than any words one could think. One way of setting the Muslims on the path to truth (at least historical truth) is -- as this post states -- to mention the records of Tacitus, who specifically writes about the crucifixion of Jesus. This evidence would contradict the Muslim belief that Jesus was assumed into heaven. Yet, Muslims are more likely to believe the Koran than Tacitus. What one must emphasize, therefore, is a sense of objectivity. Objectively speaking, which document is more historically reliable concerning Jesus? The Koran which came centuries after? Or Tacitus, who is closer to the life of Christ?
