With the resources currently availed us and those projected through the assistance of courted partners, this project's scope should prove rather modest, particularly in measure to the extensive interest which all parties at the organizational, extra-organizational and community level are anticipated to possess.
4. The expected audience of this proposal and action plan are those various public officials, private donors and agencies with whom we anticipate making contact. The presentation of this information should help imbue us with the credibility needed to engage others is helping to move the project forward.
