This relates to extensive healthcare and drugs (ARV drugs) towards minimization of the effects of the disease. The implementation plan also proposes the introduction of HIV and AIDS education within the curriculum to enhance the awareness of the society on the disease and preventive or management measures (Kartikeyan p. 388). Through Voluntary Counseling and Testing centers, the implementation plan will enhance elimination of the stigma, early detection, and provision of vital information towards the management of the disease in case of detection.
