¶ … Genius in the Implementation has presented to us strategies on how projects can be successful via proper and strategic implementation process. Within such implementation techniques involve different processes in which dedication and full cooperation of stakeholders are necessary. There is a great chance that the stakeholders are the people in the different area of the management and the activities that they perform may be required to cooperate or may be affected by the different stages of implementation of business strategies. It is in such situation when management activities tie in.
From the five stages of ensuring that strategies are implemented successfully, as discussed in the article, tying of management activities can be found. And, it is important that such tie in is maintained and that every affected activity is informed of the strategic implementation processes to prevent failure on any part of the management activities that can in turn break the success of the implementation.
Collection of information as the basis upon which strategic decisions will be made
(Journal of Business Strategy, 2003).
When collecting information, it is important that the project team or the implementation team should have a wide view as to where the information should come from. They must consider gathering information from all the stakeholders that may include people inside and outside the organization. Information collection should tie in all management activities as shown below.

Actual formulation of the Strategy (Journal of Business Strategy, 2003).
The framework of the strategies should evolve within all aspects of the management activities. Strategy formulation must not focus on only one area of an organization. Tying up of management activities in this stage is the reverse of how information from the different management activities are used as input to collection of information. That is, how the strategies formulated (as the input to the different management activities) affect the management activities.
