Letter of Application for Transfer The purpose of this letter is to formally request a transfer from the medical school in Puerto Rico where I am currently studying, to a medical school in the tri-state area NY NJ PA. If it were not that I have a sound conviction that this move is in my best interest, I would not have deemed to put forward this request.
