Particular Discourse Focused Around Gender. Research Paper

These limitations on both men and women work to limit the powers of the gender in relation to various situational areas. For instance, the methods advocated for safe sex are usually out of reach for many people maybe due to the cost or their availability. Women sexuality is mainly tied to procreation and their sexual desire aspect is by large ignored and this notion gives the idea that women are just reproductive machines. This has made them unable to stand up for their sexual rights. Due the above limiting factors, the talk on safe sex cannot gain any success unless both genders are put at the same operating level and are made to be equal both at decision making and empowerment level.
Sexual education should be based more broadly on the understanding of the social norms defining sexual behavior. It should be at the level of sexual relations that the tension between culturally defined sexual and gender norms and public health assumptions should be addressed, a level at which health policy and education are silent in many countries.
