Operations Theory Comparison Social Network Research Paper

It looks at where the company is and where it wants to go and develops a plan on how to get there. Managers must lead and organize the functional activities within the organisation, assess and develop the processes that they are responsible for, and influence those processes through standardization, communication and automation to then close the gap in order to provide ever increasing efficiency and effectiveness. The ultimate goal of every organization is to be stable and successful. These two theories can be used in conjunction with each other to make the processes within the organization the best they can be and as a result the processes will allow the people within the organization to be the best they can be. If all process and people have been optimized the organization will be very successful.
