Operational Planning In A Mobile App Company Essay

Peace of Mind -- Making the World a Safer Place for Children Peace of Mind Mobile has been created to limit the number of cases involving underage individuals having access to environments that can harm them. The company has gotten actively engaged in improving society as a whole by making the world a safer place for children.

The company works together with mobile phone companies and provides these respective institutions with the opportunity to handle services we create. The institutions then present their customers with the option to limit the number of actions their children can perform on a series of devices. Children are also tracked and tutors are thus constantly aware of where their children are.

Our company mainly works with local mobile network suppliers and phone vendors, either by providing customers with the option to purchase the application or to buy their phones with it already installed. When considering the latter, our company profits more as a consequence of customers who are acquainted with our products specifically demanding to purchase mobile phones that come with the application preinstalled.

In order to optimize operational effectiveness in our company we are going to encourage all employees to focus...

At the same time these people are going to be encouraged to identify with the company's goals and they are going to be provided with information making it possible for them to have a complex understanding of its structure. By making it possible for all employees to have a good understanding of their roles, the company as a whole is more probable to experience success in the future. Operational effectiveness is also going to be increased by focusing on working with particular companies -- we are unhesitant about providing exclusive services to certain institutions as long as these are willing to invest in us significantly.
Peace of Mind Mobile as a whole functions in a hierarchical manner and decisions are thus dependent on the most important people in the company. Even with this, the company is also focused on providing employees with the feeling that their opinions matter and these people are often encouraged to take initiative when they think it would be profitable for them and the company in general to do so.
