By bringing on a series of information demonstrating that there are actually plant-based diets that work and that are also cost-effective, the article is meant to raise public awareness concerning the actions people need to take in order to improve their lives.
Physicians are apparently actively involved in promoting plant-based diets and many assist their patients in gaining a more complex understanding of the benefits associated with adopting a lifestyle of healthy eating.
