Net-Centric Computing Computers, More Specifically Term Paper

This program paradigm is so perfect for the military, that the top Naval educational peronnel see it as a way to actualize more personnel in a shorter time frame. So enhanced are they with the concept that it has become part of their peronnel manaement recommendation manual (National Research Council, 2000).
