¶ … Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality profile is a valuable resource used to quantify the intangible aspects of individual personality type. The results of this test can be used to develop a firm comprehension of how personality impacts a person's thoughts, behaviors, and actions, while providing leaders with a viable method through which to emphasize personality type while enhancing employee effectiveness.
