¶ … Mrs. XXX Instructions for Applying for Admission into Online Courses at the Saint Xavier University

I recently got accepted into the online graduate program at Saint Xavier University. So far, I find the program convenient not only because it allows me to learn at my own pace, but also because it presents better opportunities to balance between work and school. I think the program could be a viable option for my colleagues who wish to further their studies. This memo provides instructions on the application process for any interested parties.

Please follow the step-by-step instructions below to set up a user account on the university portal.

Click the 'Admissions' tab on the university website

On the pop-up menu, select 'New student Registration'

A summary screen appears requiring you to fill in your personal information, including your full names, email address, telephone number and date of birth. Fill these, and click the 'Submit' tab

Result: You will immediately receive a text message notifying you that your account has been successfully created on the online student portal; and that your username and password have been sent to the email you provided

4. Log in to your email and follow...

It will lead you to the log in page on the student portal
5. Log in to your account using the username and password you received earlier

6. Once in your account, you will be required to change the password, which is set to default as the student's 8-digit birth date. Enter an 8-digit number of your choice (preferably one that you can easily remember)

Result: the online application form appears

7. Fill in the required details, which include more personal information, high-school credentials, and the course you wish to take, and then click 'Submit'. Be sure to fill in all the information, especially for the required fields (marked with an asterisk *)

8. On the window that appears, draft a personal statement explaining why you chose the institution for your online course and why the board should consider your application; and submit your application Be sure to attach evidence of your academic credentials

You will receive a notification that your application has been received and that correspondence will be sent before a specific date informing you of whether or not you have been successful.

If you encounter any difficulties in the application process, you can contact the user support faculty, whose hotline number is provided at the bottom of the portal page.
