Before the video;
Describe a current situation in which you or others are having difficulty dealing with change.
My mother
My mother is dealing with the fact that people in our family are not as close to one another as she would like them to be.
How do you feel about the situation?
I believe that those people have revealed their true colors and that we are better off without them.
How do you think it will turn out?
I think my mother will continue to be sad and to try to repair the relationship with those others, despite the fact that they are not worth it.
As you watch the video, ask yourself, "Who are you in the story" and can you recognize someone you know?

Identify important past changes at work/personal life
What does change have to do with behavior management?
A particularly important change that I endured in the not too distant past with my personal life involves estranging myself from my so-called family. I have always been perceptive, and became aware of the fact that I was at a stage in my life where I could either stay where I was and not too much else would change, or I could…
Autobiography of a Reader At the outset of my "Autobiography as a Reader," I will admit that I am at present a spottily enthusiastic rather than an avid reader. As a child I read both more avidly and more widely, but as an adult, my reading tastes are narrower, and my reading habits more sporadic. I also tend to be a rather faddish and inconsistent reader. By that, I do not

Wal-Mart Nation The dream of Sam Walton was a simple one: "Give people high value, low prices and a warm welcome" (Walton, 2003). At an early age, he was working hard delivering what the customer needed and wanted at a reasonable price - newspapers and selling milk from the cow (Huey, 1998). The development of Wal-Mart, KMart, and Target has brought about a retail business that is highly competitive within the
