The importance of being proactive in leadership is because the skill is a winning mixture of personal characteristics and abilities to think and act creatively. This aspect will help me in directing the activities of others towards a specific goal and for the good of all. Due to its importance, leadership can't be effective through words alone but by actions and activities that support the words.

Conclusion:

Even though an individual may not be naturally born as a leader, he/she can become one since any kind of leadership needs to be developed. Through various important keys like being visionary, anyone can develop and transform from being a follower to become a leader.
