Job Aid Matrix Over the decades, the nurse has been playing a critical role in determining the underlying amounts of support that are provided to patients. As, they serve as a caregiver as well as friend, who is has a vital role in helping to alleviate suffering and allowing those they are working with to overcome the difficulties they are facing. At the heart of helping the nurse to be more effective, is the Caring and Healing Model for Nursing. This is designed to provide practical applications that will help health care practitioners in achieving these objectives. To fully understand how this is can be utilized requires: providing an explanation of the new professional model of caring-healing practices, conducting an examination of the philosophy itself, the steps that are used to enhance learning / original scholarship mentoring and what steps can disseminate the Caring Science mode of clinical / educational scholarship / professional excellence in the community nursing practice. Together, these different elements will provide the greatest insights as to how these tools can be used to improve the overall quality of care that is being provided to patients.

There are a number of basic values, ethics and morals that are designed to support the practice itself. The most notable include: providing a safe refuge for nurses to learn / grow as professionals, to help each individual to have a deep understanding / commitment to the practice of providing effective care, learning through shared scholarship, mentoring others in the basic philosophy of these ideals, inspiring each other to grow and helping to develop models that can improve excellence among nursing professionals. These different elements are significant, because they are establishing a foundation for improving the professional standards of caregivers and creating a way that will allow them to ease suffering in those patients they are working with.
