This has happened as a result of the society involvement in moving forward with vision, community development, leadership and support. It is therefore, recommended for a community to work together in order to develop a path forward as they start the first crucial steps.

Infrastructure projects to the development of society promote efficient allocation of resources through labor access and employment opportunities. This in the long run may provide the economies of scale particularly for the urban agglomeration.
