Howell Neighborhood Watch Group Analysis Business Plan

Company Background and Purpose The purpose of this business is to not only promote but also to preserve the safety as well as the security of all the areas in Howell. The Howell Neighborhood Watch Group will enlist the services of the New Jersey police department to for a group that will be hands-on and get not only the residents but also the businesses to become more participative in the prevention of crime, dissuading illegal behavior on the streets of Howell. The watch group will act as a fitting manner in which the residents of Howell will get to know one another in addition to taking an interest in the safety and welfare of each other.

Short and Long Term Objectives

Howell Neighborhood Watch Group has both short-term and long-term objectives. The short-term objectives of the neighborhood watch group consist of the following:

1. Provide safety and security for the well-being of the residents of Howell. The organization will develop, systematize and distribute key crime prevention programs to facilitate them to be carried out in a steady manner by all residents all over Howell.

2. Encourage diversity in the Howell Neighborhood Watch Group to develop a business that signifies and is all-encompassing of the communities that it serves.

3. Work in tandem with out stakeholders to embolden better use of new technology by local residents to promote crime prevention as well as community engagement.

The long-term objectives of the neighborhood watch group consist of the following:

1. Expand operations to other neighborhoods across the New Jersey area.

2. To advance and progress the crime prevention and resident safety programs to be carried out in a consistent manner by all neighborhood watch groups throughout the state of New Jersey.

3. Carry on examining extra sources of financing to enable the Howell Neighborhood Watch Group office to be sufficiently staffed to support local groups.
