This works both to negative and positive of the client, in that, the client may have ample time to give all the crucial information needed to weigh in on the case as well as receive proper briefings by the defender, yet on the negative it may seem bothersome for any client who has tight schedule and lesser time to spend sitting down with the defender, which may result in his case being pushed back due to lack of time to be briefed.
