Female HUMINT Collectors Proposed Research Completion Schedule

The proposed research is to be completed according to the following outline.

The first draft of the initial thesis proposal is complete, as of 12/20/2014. A refined draft may be submitted, if required, by January 2, 2015

Initial Reference List

The reference list for completing the proposal has been completed. However, an official search paper will be written, detailing the search strategies to be used -- including known key words -- and the databases and journals that will be initially targeted. In addition, an annotated literature review will be prepared that will be a bridge to the final literature review. These components will be completed by January 16, 2015.

The full-length literature review, which will evolve throughout the initial stages of the proposed research through the snowball effect of following lines of research. The literature review will be completed by February 28, 2015.

Revised Literature Review

As noted, the literature review is an iterative process, such that, in the course of following lines of research, additional references will be added and connections between the sources will be made. This revision process will result in a revised literature review by March 13, 2015.

A final check of the revised reference list will be completed by March 20, 2015.
Methodology

The methodology has fundamentally been identified, which means that the write up for the methodology section will not take much time, provided there are no substantive deviations from the original approach. The methodology section will be completed by March 27. 2015.

Analysis

The analysis is a substantial component and requires a considerable amount of time in a qualitative descriptive study such as the current proposed study. The analysis will completed by April 10, 2015.

Conclusions

The conclusions section can be generated quite soon after the analysis, unless additional research is required to better understand the connections emerging in the analysis period. It is anticipated that the conclusions section will be completed by April 24, 2015.

Final Reference List

The final reference list serves as a sweep of sources that were identified in the later period of the research study, as referenced above in the analysis section and the conclusions section. The final reference list will be completed by May 1, 2015.
