Since 2015, I have been working with Behavioral Health Link as a Call Center Care Consultant performing various tasks such as providing telephonic interviews to evaluate and assess callers for services needed and their eligibilities. My tasks are also to assess, review, and link callers with external agencies for services after calls have been screened by a clinician.
I also worked at Fulton County District Attorney as a Social Work Intern between 2015 and 2016. My major work was to perform the administrative tasks. Moreover, I worked at Southwestern Academy as a Dorm Parent between 2010 and 2014. In 2014, I worked as a Behavioral Health Specialist at Aurora Charter Oak Hospital responsible for implementing treatment plans for emotional and mentally disturbed clients. I also worked in various organizations between 2007 and 2014 performing various tasks, which assisted me to accumulate a body of knowledge in the administration of social and healthcare organizations.
