Health Risk Assessment
Changes to the demographics of the targeted population.
Overall, the physical health status among the targeted population declined slightly. While those reporting excellent/very good status remained the same, the percentage of respondents reporting good health declined, and the percentage reporting fair/poor health increased. There was, however, an increase in the reporting of excellent or very good mental health. This measure increased from 46% to 58%, and the percentage of respondents reporting fair/poor mental health declined from 22% to 16%.
While the gender of respondents remained the same a 38% male/62% female, the age of the respondents increased. This might account for some of the changes in overall health levels. What we found was that the number of respondents aged 18 to 44 declined from 5% to 2%, while there were increases recorded in the following cohorts: 45 to 64, 65 to 69, 80 to 84 and 85 and up.
In terms of education, there were only minimal changes to the demographics, though a slight increase in the amount of education that the respondents received. The racial mix of the respondents in 2013 saw an increase in Hispanic/Latino but slight declines among African-American and Asian respondents.

Being overweight is also known to contribute to asthma. (Bravata, et al., 2007) III. Obesity and High Cholesterol Overweight or obesity is a major risk factor for coronary heart disease leading to heart attack. Obesity is known to: (1) raise blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels; (2) lower 'HDL' or 'good' cholesterol; (3) raises blood pressure levels; (4) induce diabetes and heightens the risk of heart attack. Building a health history with a new patient requires more than active listening and the development of trust and rapport. The intake interview and initial health assessment should be thorough, taking into account the area(s) in which the patient has lived, their workplace environment or work history, their family background and family health history, socioeconomic variables, and any other relevant environmental factors that may impact personal health. Of course, demographic
Health Program Assessment: Inequality in Philadelphia Communities How long have you lived in your community? I have been a Philadelphia resident for 23 years, during which time I have come face-to-face with a wide array of pressing public health issues. As a recent article by Melwert (2012) shows, Philadelphia is routinely ranked as the least healthy county in the State of Pennsylvania. What do you believe are the greatest health issues that exist
As the percentage of older Americans continues to increase, the need for timely and accurate assessment screens and the formulation of effective clinical interventions will become even more pronounced. Fortunately, the research also showed that there are a number of assessment tools that are available to facilitate the process, including sophisticated multifactor instruments with proven validity and reliability. One of the more important issues to emerge from the research

Risk Assessment Program Over the last several years, many small and medium sized businesses have been turning to cloud computing as a way of storing, retrieving and accessing vital information. This is when a third party provider will offer firms with these services at a fraction of the cost of traditional IT departments. Moreover, there is unlimited storage capacity and firms can readily protect themselves against vulnerabilities at a particular site.
