Restriction on dealer sales
A Harley-Davidson Inc. dealer based in St. Paul, Minnesota, sued the company in a federal court, claiming that the company's restrictions on the international sales by its U.S. dealers as well as sales via third-party websites are unfair and tend to weaken the dealer's profits (Reuters,2011).
