Those with questions and need clarification should prepare in advance to save on time during the meeting. Quality discussions are necessary, and the members are all expected to participate for fruitful conclusions to be reached. Issues in the previous gym will be ironed out. All the issues that will be discussed in the meeting have to be within the agenda, which has already contained a majority of the fundamental factors of concern.
SECTION TWO: GYMNASIUM LAYOUT AND STRUCTURING

Entrance to the gymnasium

The gym will have one main entrance and all those visiting the club will be forced to go via the entrance and also use the same entrance for exit. However, there is need for other exits, which will only be available in case of fire incidents. The exits and entrance are to be marked well to avoid confusion and visitors to the gym should hardly access the emergency exits in normal circumstances. In the picture attached, there is only one entry, with no exit, and there is no sign of exits incase of fires, this has to be discussed and corrected.
