Collection Personnel and Methodologies

Data will be collected in various forms by all program leaders and instructors, with certain data collected during group sessions and other data collected through later interviews. The same individual tasked with overall program design will also be responsible for external data collection and coordination with other offices and organizations that offer similar or related services. Interviews as well as entrance and with questionnaires will be utilized to collect this raw data, with both instruments undergoing continual appraisal and adjustment. Interviews that contain questions pertaining to needed data will be embedded within support and needs-determination entrance interviews, so as not to disrupt the therapeutic process.
Information Reporting and Utilization

The information that is gathered for evaluation purposes will be reported to the program developer and all other program leaders, as well as to any interested contributors, public organizations and private citizens. It is believed that transparency will help this program to increase its effectiveness by demonstrating good faith to the community at large and to the specific population targeted by the program, while also encouraging the continued improvement of practices within the program. Information will be used to directly adjust and influence program offerings and methodologies .
