Upon entry into the residency program, I look forward to many experiences which will allow me to engage in contact with patients who suffer from a host of ocular diseases and to acquire knowledge regarding their needs and personal experiences with those ailments. In addition, I hope to acquire research skills and experience that will foster growth and fulfill personal objectives. After I have gained ample experience in the field of optometry, I hope to establish my own private practice and continue to build upon my strengths, expertise, and interest in ocular disease, patient well being, and research. I will remain committed to my patients and will continue to seek answers to their questions regarding their ocular health and welfare. Concurrently, I anticipate the development of strong relationships with staff members, distinguished optometrists and researchers, and local community members in order to provide optical solutions for the greater good of all mankind.
