Recently, intelligence reports have begun to surface about how the Taliban has been working with the Chinese to develop similar kinds of electricity and power projects. Moreover, there have been accurate accounts from intelligence sources on the ground, that Pakistan and China are helping them start their own WMD program. If this is taking place, any kind of efforts to deal with terrorism will be negated by China and Pakistan playing both sides of the conflict against each for their own benefit.
