Even existing negatives can be changed into positive and wages can be increased providing a positive of 1 and a simultaneous loss of 2 due to removal of overtime. All these actions would make the balance which was against the change by 11 to 10 to a balance in favor of the plan by 13 to 8. It is much easier to work as a team when the area is open as walls and barriers get in the way, but these may not be suitable for some organizations where high concentration is required, as in the IT functions....

The changes can be made not only to a total organization, but even to parts of it like the Information technology part of it. The methods of making the changes and requirement of changes can only be finalized when the expectations from the changes are known and that would depend on the situation.
