It is usually the last of our worries to think about what kind of food to eat and how our diet affects our heath overall as well as our mood. It is rarely ever realized that the food an individual intakes can have a heavy impact on their moods and behavior. It is scientifically proven that every human body requires a balance of food and minerals in order to lead a perfectly balanced, healthy and fit life.
People nowadays are always on the run where they rarely ever have time to sit down and have proper food which is why the fast food business is so successful because people prefer to have something to grab on the go and have it on their way to work or the gym or to university or wherever they are headed. But this lifestyle is extremely unhealthy for a person in terms of health and in terms of life as a whole (Thayer). The reason why people are so irritated and cranky all the time is due to the lack of proper food and diet which weakens them inside and kills their tolerance towards pressure situations and slows their brains to be active and make rational decisions.
