By using a review technique, evidence from many different studies and types of research could be compared and analyzed, leading to the result of a higher grade. The majority of the experimental or observational studies in this set of research received low grades for their recommendation for a variety of reasons. Most prominent and prevalent was the limiting factor of population areas and sample sizes utilized in these studies, which made the results far less valid and reliable in broader contexts. Design problems were also features of some research studies, but study populations and samples were the most limiting factors.
