Hey, the times are changing, and right now, everyone is saying that having a diverse workplace is the right thing to do, even though we used to discriminate against members of these groups in the past.
Human nature ethics: It's human nature to want to cheat the system as much as possible and get more money for less work, that's why we force all of our employees to punch their time-card every single time they leave the office, even for lunch breaks.

Entitlement-based ethics: We believe all workers are entitled to appropriate healthcare that meets their needs, that is why even our part-time employees have access to comprehensive care plans. No one should go without medical treatment if they are sick.

Virtue-based ethics: Every employee has a strong sense of the corporation's values and mission to guide their decision-making and receives an orientation in our overall philosophy as a company, not simply their duties. This sense of purpose should guide all of their actions.
