EAI It is important to understand oneself in order to better understand the world that exists around that person. The Ethical Awareness Inventory (EAI) revealed some useful trends and opinions about my personal ethical outlook on life. The purpose of this essay is to interpret these results and apply them to my personal and professional development. Include in this analysis is a statement on how my education has affected my ethical thinking.

Although the EAI is comprehensive in its attempts to understand the total ethical character of the test taker, some subjective and personal interpretation is necessary to successfully analyze this tool and reach a new level of learning. For Equity. I agree with most of this analysis as I do believe there is an objective good for a whole group of people but only when the results correspond to this idea. Results are indeed important to me and I need to see tangible evidence in order to formulate an ethical opinion that resonates with my greater being.
The EAI was quite accurate in describing the conflictual nature of my ethical outlook. I do in fact have conflict with others that rely on more intuitive ethical responses instead of the more practical and tangible aspects of the human experience.
