Next, all students must have easy access and the ability to easily interact with their professors. These are important, because in order for the university to have a successful e-learning program requires that all students can be able to easily access the various classes and programs that are being offered. This means that the overall amounts of available storage must always be increasing, to ensure that everyone can be able to quickly download any kind of learning tools and study guides. Then, the students must be able to easily interact with their professors, both during class and outside of class. This can be achieved through having various chatting sessions scheduled at particular times. It can also be used to ask questions that may have been difficult to ask in the traditional learning environment. (Homes, 2006)

Course Description: The purpose of this e-learning course is for students to have another option for receiving a higher education. Where, they will learn the same relevant course material that is covered in the traditional courses. There will be more of an emphasis placed on using numerous tools to provide repeated exposure to the different concepts presented.
Learning Outcomes
The overall learning objectives are: to be able to receive more in depths amounts of instruction. This will be accomplished by having the class meet regularly at least three times a week online. There will also be two mandatory recitation sessions, that will be covered once a week via the various the online classrooms.
Instructional Methods
The instructional methods will involve the use of a number of different tools to achieve the highest amounts of learning comprehension to include: the use of various streaming videos / blackboards / instant messaging. This will provide a more one on one, student to professor experience. Throughout the course and recitation sessions, these different ideas will be presented in a way that will utilize the above mentioned tools.
