In my dream of having a high job position at work, my first goal would definitely be to excel and prove my capabilities at my present job. In this way, I can gain the trust and confidence of the organization I am working at until the time that I am given with more responsibilities to lead and do important duties for the company.

After setting my goals, to help me achieve my dreams, I will definitely need the motivation and discipline that was mentioned previously. Moreover, other virtues will be required as they are equally important.
