An increase in the number of calories I eat should be accomplished by including more vegetables and vitamin rich foods -- especially dark greens and whole, unprocessed grains that are rich in the B-complex vitamins -- while reducing or perhaps maintaining the levels of fat in my diet. As the good increases, the proportion of fat in my diet will drop automatically, resulting in a healthier me.
